Responsible for directing the activities carried out by resources at a larger facility under their responsibility, with the main objective of ensuring that the operations are carried out in a productive manner to guarantee the profitability of contracts, in turn fulfilling contractual agreements with clients!
**How you’ll make an impact**
Some of the responsibilities you have in the role as Lead Technician:
- Coordinate the technical escalation path and fast response to activities carried out at the facilities.
- Support analysis of causes of wind turbine shutdown. Identify the root cause and implement solutions.
- Support action plans for technical aspects as applicable
- Checking/monitoring the overall condition of the wind turbines.
- Responsible for detecting and resolving wind turbine malfunctions and faults, including analysis of the origin of faults and feedback to line org.
