We're looking for an Accounting Consultant to join us remotely, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST.
Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to gather documents, provide training, and present recommendations.
Build strong relationships with clients.
Handle weekly bookkeeping tasks (reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, cash flow reporting).
Organize tasks and manage your calendar.
Review client data and suggest improvements.
Present data to clients to ensure accuracy.
Stay updated on client-related applications (e.g., Shopify, PayPal).
Customize QuickBooks reports and generate KPI reports.
Prepare necessary reports and documentation.
Identify ways to improve work processes.
Requirements:
Self-motivated and confident working remotely.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
