Wealth Advisor/Financial Planner

* Act as a concierge to clients to assist with their financial needs and ensure client satisfaction and retention* Proactively contact existing clients to educate them about products and services to help them onboard their clients through a digital first experience* Be resourceful when determining moderate solutions that will add value to the client’s long-term goals* Advise clients on how to invest their portfolios and plan for moderate/basic financial goals* Familiarity with financial planning software to put together plans to address identified client needs and goals* Ability to guide clients in an investment suitability assessment**-** **Manage assigned client base and ability to work in a team-based model****-** **Provide exceptional client experience and client service not limited to basic operational support (i.e. website access)*** Outstanding communication and listening skills; verbal and written.
