What You'll Do:

• Drive Sales Growth : Develop and execute winning sales strategies, leveraging bank leads and your own network. Collaborate with branch and regional teams to acquire and retain loyal clients.
• Build Lasting Relationships : Cultivate strong client relationships by offering personalized wealth solutions and identifying cross-selling opportunities that enhance their financial journey.
• Stay on Track : Ensure compliance with bank policies and ethical sales practices, all while actively contributing to exciting campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred or relevant fields with CGPA of 2.8
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enjoy meeting people
• Creative and possess the initiative, drive and ability to work independently and in a team
• Pleasant personality
