Job Description

Tata Consultancy Services is looking for Web Conference Support Engineer to join us! 
Requirements: 2+ years of experience 
Conversational English 
Availability to work from CDMX, MTY, QRO or GDL (hybrid mood) 
Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) daily operations and monitoring 
Troubleshooting Teams Rooms hardware/software/network issues 
ServiceNow (SNOW) incident resolution and documentation 
Microsoft Teams Admin Center (TAC) 
Push configuration profiles 
Manage app/firmware updates 
Monitor alerts and health devices 
Telemetry, automated updates 
Room analytics 
Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager 
OEM platform exposure: Logitech Sync, Poly Lens, Crestron, Yealink, Lenovo 
Exchange Online Admin Center (room calendars, scheduling permissions, booking policies)
