Web Designer

PXL Studio is hiring a Web Designer to join our onsite team in Jhelum.
We're not looking for someone who just makes things look nice.
We want someone who understands layout, structure, responsiveness, and how design impacts real business results.
This role is fully onsite at our studio in Jhelum.
What You'll Be Doing
Designing clean, conversion-focused websites
Creating mobile-first layouts
Building responsive designs across devices
Working on platforms like Squarespace, Wix, and WordPress
Collaborating with the team on real client projects
Using AI tools and smart research methods to improve workflow and creativity
What We're Looking For
1 to 2 years of web design experience (Interns with strong fundamentals can apply)
Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
Strong understanding of responsive design
Good design sense and visual hierarchy
Ability to design mobile-first
Strong research skills and smart use of AI prompts
