Web Development Analyst

Job Summary:

The Web Development Analyst supports RX’s global digital ecosystem by working closely with digital, content, and design teams to publish, maintain, and optimize content across RX websites and platforms. The role is responsible for leading new website builds, driving UI/UX improvements, ensuring consistent application of SEO and tracking standards, and performing advanced QA to maintain high website quality and performance.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills in HTML, CMS platforms, and UI/UX principles, along with a solid understanding of web technologies and analytics. He/she will work with a high level of independence, validate new tasks and regions, create wireframes or mockups, and provide first-line support to new business units. The role also includes mentoring team members, supporting process improvements, and contributing to tool enhancement discussions.
