Web Development Lead (React and Next.js)

The Web Development Lead (React and Next.js) is pivotal in driving the development of our customer-facing web applications by ensuring adherence to industry best practices. This role requires a hands-on leader who will perform 100% of the code reviews, ensure optimal application performance, and mentor a focused team. This position also encompasses agile project management responsibilities in coordination with the Director of Software Development.
