Web Operations Specialist (PSS1), Division of Marketing & Communication

This position will specifically and comprehensively support the infrastructure and operations for the Rowan University website(s). This role requires a high degree of technical autonomy and deep knowledge of server administration.

The position reports to the Director of Web Strategy and Development in the Rowan University Division of Marketing & Communication. Some evening, weekend, and holiday work is to be expected. Essential Position Responsibilities/Functions


+ Configure and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of Rowan's CMS and web server cluster.

+ Remediate server performance or outage notices in a timely fashion.
