Web Support Specialist
Our client ( Non-profit agency) are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Bilingual Support Agent (English/Spanish) with hands-on experience in website development. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with technical knowledge (HTML & CSS) and enjoys helping clients solve website-related issues efficiently and professionally.
You will serve as the bridge between clients and our technical team, ensuring high-quality support while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support in English and Spanish via ticketing system and email.
Troubleshoot and resolve website-related issues (layout, styling, responsiveness, minor functionality bugs).
