Web3 Wallet Growth & Operations Lead

Hytech is seeking an experienced Web3 Business Operations & Growth Team Leader in Singapore. You will lead a dedicated operations team focusing on user growth and the commercialization of our Web3 wallet business, with a strong emphasis on developing card spending and wealth management products.

The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in the Web3/crypto sector, alongside excellent team management skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
