Location: Cebu IT Park (Onsite)
Schedule: Graveyard Shift / Shifting Schedules

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for customers requiring support.
• Proactively inform and report support-related issues to the supervisor.
• Recommend effective solutions to customer issues and concerns.
• Attend coaching sessions and actively participate in organizational activities.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues.
• Deliver customer service with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
• Continuously contribute to improving customer satisfaction and internal procedures.

Qualifications:

• At least a graduate of any course or completed 2nd year college level.
• Minimum of 6 months' experience in sales, customer service, and/or technical support.
