Webhosting Technical Support Representative

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main customer contact for support.
• Report issues proactively to supervisors
• Recommend solutions to customer concerns.
• Participate in coaching and organizational activities.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service.
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and internal processes.

Qualifications:

• At least Graduate of any course or fresh graduate
• Open for any course At least 2nd year college level completed
• Open for High school or Senior High School at least Minimum 6 months' experience in sales, customer service, or technical support.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Calm and professional under pressure.
• Highly motivated and target-driven.
• Willing to work shifting schedules.
