Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and administer Software AG webMethods components (Integration Server, UM, My webMethods Server, Terracotta etc.)
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning
- Perform routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades of webMethods environments
- Manage user access, roles, and security configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, incidents, and performance bottlenecks
- Support deployment of integration services across environments (Dev, Test, Prod)
- Ensure backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures are in place
- Work closely with developers and business teams to support integration requirements
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for webMethods deployments
- Maintain system documentation and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with IT governance and security policies
