Overview

Duration: One year. Location: Remote – anywhere in Mexico. Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Web Methods Application, including production and administration support for version 9.10 and above.
• Work with the business to understand the requirements to integrate various applications in the Gates ecosystem.
• Be involved in the full SDLC (Design, Develop, Test, Support) for multiple projects.
• Work with internal IT applications teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize the environment.
• Work with the internal IT infrastructure team to troubleshoot network, servers, and security issues.
• Work with the infrastructure team to plan disaster recovery strategies.
• Perform application maintenance and application patching.
• Experience integrating with Cloud systems such as SAP Hybris, SAP BTP, Oracle CPQ, Kyriba, etc., and other enterprise applications like SAP HANA, Oracle ER...
