Webshop Navigation Lead

The Webshop Navigation Lead is responsible for driving constant improvements related to webshop navigation and creating a flawless shopping experience through our category structure, filters and variants, onsite search, sorting rules, and navigation tools such as a product configurator. They dive into each area and make decisions based on data to make sure we get the most value out of all navigation aspects. The Webshop Navigation Lead looks for creative solutions that will help customers find the product they need. You’ll lead navigation related projects including the introduction of new tools. Next to that, you think of ways to improve our current webshop navigation and initiate A/B tests to support any changes with data. You’re responsible for guiding our Onsite Search Specialist and enabling them to grow in their role, while pushing search to the next level.
