Role Description

• The Website Administrator/Security & CMS Specialist is a strategic technical role responsible for ensuring the security, performance, and resilience.
• This role leads vulnerability management, CMS administration, and proactive security hardening across WordPress, Joomla, and other digital properties.
• Reporting to the CTO or Head of IT, the Website Administrator collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and leadership teams to maintain 100% uptime, eliminate vulnerabilities, and modernize legacy systems.
• Responsibilities include managing CMS platforms, implementing automated monitoring, and ensuring audit readiness through documented controls and incident response plans.
