Website & Growth Specialist
to help maintain and optimize our website while supporting lead generation and marketing campaigns. This is a part-time role ideal for someone with a strong technical and digital marketing background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Management:
  Maintain, update, and optimize website pages; fix mobile, layout, speed, and UX issues; build landing pages for campaigns.
• Lead Generation Support:
  Optimize landing pages for Google Ads, improve website conversion flows, support CRO initiatives.
• Analytics & Tracking:
  Manage Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking; monitor website and campaign performance; provide basic insights and recommendations.
