Wedding Specialist

The Wedding Specialist will coordinate, and execute, weddings hosted at Hotel X Toronto after contracts are confirmed by the Wedding Sales Manager. Effective communication with all hotel departments is necessary to ensure all details are received, as well as maintaining excellent client, planner, and vendor relationships. Coordinating the wedding venue planning will require exceptional service standards, and a commitment to delivering the couple’s specific vision for their wedding.

• Maintain response times for emails and phone calls within 24 business hours.
• Participate in site visits and virtual calls with clients, vendors and planners as needed to obtain necessary wedding planning details.
• Review sales contracts as well as other important information, i.e., room block, cut-off date, special concessions and attrition clauses and validate client via turnover letter.
