Weekend Cleaning Associate - Luxury building

The Weekend Cleaning Associate is responsible for maintaining clean buildings, hallways, grounds, and vacant suites on behalf of York Property Management. The Cleaning Associate will be required to work only on weekends, during the day.

Reporting to the Manager of Resident Experience and working with the Maintenance Technician, the Cleaning Associate will oversee the cleanliness of assigned luxury building(s). The Cleaning Associate will ensure that all operations are conducted in a respectful and responsible way, ensuring that all decisions and actions comply with the relevant legislation, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities 1. Maintain Exterior

Water and tend to plants

Pick up any garbage around the property

Ensure ground floor and lobby windows are clean (no fingerprints or dirt)

Change garbage in the exterior of the building

Check outdoor terraces for garbage and ensure furniture is neat and tidy
