Weekend Receptionist - RV Dealership

Receptionist 

We are looking to fill a Receptionist position and are seeking a responsible individual with a positive, can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will be efficient, work well in a team environment, and have excellent phont etiquette. This role will include Saturday, Sunday and Monday shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Receives visitors, obtains name and nature of business and directs to the appropriate destination


• Obtain and process information required in order to provide services 


• Operate switchboard and telephone system by answering, screening and forwarding phone calls 


• Record and relay information


• Data entry and emails


• Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area


• Performs other duties as assigned
