About the Role We are seeking an Intake Specialist to join our growing team. This position is open exclusively to international candidates and plays a vital role in handling initial client intake for legal matters. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, the Intake Specialist must be professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate has prior intake, call center, or legal support experience, strong English communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.
