Weekend team intake specialist *INTERNATIONAL*

About the Role

We are seeking an Intake Specialist to join our growing team. This position is open exclusively to international candidates and plays a vital role in handling initial client intake for legal matters. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, the Intake Specialist must be professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented.

The ideal candidate has prior intake, call center, or legal support experience, strong English communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.

We currently offer several schedule options on our Weekend Team :

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST
  

• 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM CST
  

• 1:00 AM – 8:00 AM CST
  

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
  

• Conduct client intake interviews and gather relevant case information
