Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls (Voice) or manage customer inquiries via chat/email (Non-Voice).
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when interacting with customers.
- Update and document customer interactions properly in the system.
- Meet performance targets and quality standards set by the company.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- At least a high school graduate; College undergraduates/graduates are a plus.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Filipino.
- Willing to work in Pasig City.
- Can work in shifts (if required).
- Basic computer skills (for non-voice/email/chat processes).
- Positive attitude, customer-oriented, and team player.
