Role Objective
The Weighbridge Officer will support the Resource Recovery Area Facility, accurately managing incoming and outgoing waste materials including white goods, batteries, e‑waste, and paints. The role oversees transfer, packaging, and loading of waste onto contractor trucks, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations while maintaining efficient tracking of diverse waste streams.

Responsibilities

• Transfer and arrange white goods, batteries, e‑waste, paints, and other waste streams for contractor transport
• Oversee degassing of white goods and safe loading onto trucks
• Package waste materials safely and appropriately for transportation
