Weight Process & Tools Lead (Xico)

The Weight Process and Tools Lead is responsible for documenting weight related processes, developing training materials and to help drive implementation of tools that increase efficiency.

• Lead Creation of System and Process Documentation for tool development, Training, Weight Applications and to provide Engineering & Marketing Support
• Develop training for weight team new hires
• Improve Processes and Tools where applicable
• Increase Engineering Efficiencies
• Increase Weight Fidelity Tracking
• Support VWMS Application rewrite
• Support replacement of Notes VWRS System
• Write requirements for replacement of PDB System
• Document Fuel Economy Label Process and Tools
• Manage Process and Tools for Marketing Publication of Weight Data
• Support NA Global Weight meetings and assignments
