Welder

A Welder is responsible for cutting, joining, and repairing metal parts and structures using various welding techniques. The role ensures that all welding work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications in construction, manufacturing, or industrial settings.



Key Responsibilities



Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding instruction

Set up and operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, Stick, or gas welding machines

Weld metal components accurately according to specifications

Inspect completed welds to ensure strength, quality, and accuracy

Repair and maintain metal structures, tools, and equipment

Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete tasks on time
