Overview

Welder or boilermaker who can read a simple drawing, measure, mark and cut, and weld mild steel using arc or gas.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret simple drawings and specifications.
• Measure, mark, cut, and fit components as required.
• Perform welding of mild steel using arc or gas welding processes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a welder or boilermaker with ability to perform basic boilermaker functions.
