What you'll be doing

• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to fabricate a variety of metal components and structures
• Operate welding equipment proficiently to join metal parts and structures according to specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to strict safety protocols
• Assist with the training and mentoring of junior welders and fabricators
