This is not a production line job; you will be the bridge between initial concepts and final quality products, specializing in high-precision prototyping, custom tooling, and Lean manufacturing improvements.

Core Responsibilities

• Concept to Reality: Interpret travelers, blueprints, and sketches to prototype products and custom fixtures that meet rigorous quality standards.
• Design & Optimization: Use SolidWorks to review existing products for cost reduction and design improvements.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain equipment to peak standards and proactively advise supervision on technical hurdles or material issues.
