Welder Fitter

Our client, an industry leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking skilled Welder Fitters to join their team at their Anniston, Alexandria, and Gadsden locations. As a Welder Fitter, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and assembly teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Welder Fitter

**Location:** Alexandria, AL

**Shift:** Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some required Saturday overtime

**What's the Job?**

+ Fit and weld metal parts and components based on blueprints or job specifications
+ Measure, cut, and assemble materials using proper tools and equipment
+ Ensure welds meet quality standards and pass inspections
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
+ Follow all company safety policies and procedures
