Welder

· To perform Manual Arc Welding (SMAW/FCAW) in all position. (MUST)

· To perform welding using the Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) machine. (MUST)

· Familiar with welding using Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW/TIG). (ADVANTAGES)

· Operate metalworking or cutting equipment

· Knowledge in fabrication machineries part such as screw conveyor, oil tank, scrubber tower and piping

· Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by superior

· Familiar with mechanical items and can handle tools properly and safety oriented

· To read, understand and follow all safe work practices and procedures foe Welding machinery and equipment

· Ensure production timelines are met and components are thoroughly checked over

· Must ensure that safety rules and guidelines are followed

· Practice 5S per Shop Standard requirements
