**Job Description**
This role is a hands-on welder position within a manufacturing environment, focused on fabricating and welding frames and structural components from carbon and stainless steel. You will interpret prints and work instructions, prepare materials, and perform high-quality MIG and TIG welds in both horizontal and vertical positions while ensuring accuracy, safety, and structural integrity.

**Responsibilities**

+ Attend a daily shift meeting to review required work, priorities, and production goals.
+ Read and interpret prints, blueprints, work instructions, and weld symbols to understand job requirements.
+ Select and pick the correct materials and components needed for each job and prepare them for fabrication.
+ Buff, clean, and grind parts as needed to ensure proper fit-up and weld quality.
