Minimum Qualifications

• Trade Test Certificate
   (Grade I/II/III) in Welding & Fabrication from a recognized institution (e.g., NITA, TVET).
• Valid
  Welder Qualification Certificate
   in at least one process (ARC, MIG, TIG, or Laser).
• KCSE Certificate (D plain and above) or equivalent.
• At least 
  5 years' experience
   in industrial welding, fabrication, or construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret
  engineering drawings
   and follow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
• Knowledge of
  safety standards
   and proper use of PPE.
