**Pay:** $22/hr + $3/hr shift differential for night shift

**Shifts:**

+ Day Shift: 6 AM–6 PM, 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off)
+ Night Shift: 6 PM–6 AM, 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off)

We’re hiring Welders to join a growing manufacturing team producing large‑scale steel components. This is a steady, hands‑on role for reliable welders who enjoy production work, consistency, and a no‑drama work environment.

What You’ll Do

+ MIG weld mild steel (some stainless) components
+ Prep materials: sanding, grinding, layout, and tack welding
+ Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
+ Maintain welding equipment and a clean work area
+ Follow safety and production standards
