Welders/ Fabricators/ Metal

Job Description

• Welding & Joining: Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or other welding processes to join metal parts.
• Fabrication: Cut, bend, and assemble metal components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Metal Preparation: Measure, mark, and prepare materials for welding and fabrication.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for strength, precision, and compliance with standards.
• Repairs & Maintenance: Repair damaged metal structures, machinery, or equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety protocols, including PPE use and safe handling of tools.
• Collaboration: Work with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to meet project requirements.
• Finishing Work: Grind, polish, and finish welded joints and fabricated parts for durability and appearance.
