We are recruiting a Welding & Metallurgical Specialist to join our team in Sherwood Park or Calgary. The Specialist will be responsible for overseeing welding processes and ensuring metallurgical integrity across all welded components and assemblies. You will provide technical expertise in welding techniques, material selection, heat treatment, and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain welding procedure matrices for above-ground and mechanical projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications and code requirements.
• Review and optimize existing welding practices, identifying opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements.
• Conduct welder training and qualification testing in Sherwood Park and at field locations.
