Job Description

Develop and Prepare Welding Procedures: Create and maintain detailed welding procedure specifications (WPS), procedure qualification records (PQR), and other related documentation in compliance with industry standards.
Ensure Compliance with Codes & Standards: Maintain strong awareness and application of ASME, IBR, API, and other relevant codes and standards in all welding and fabrication activities.
Fabrication Expertise: Apply knowledge of pressure vessel and heat exchanger fabrication processes, ensuring adherence to quality and safety requirements.
Metallurgy & Heat Treatment: Understand basic welding metallurgy and implement appropriate heat treatment processes for different materials and joints.
Failure Analysis & Corrective Actions: Conduct root cause analysis for welding-related failures and recommend effective corrective and preventive measures.
