STINIS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. seeks a WELDING ENGINEERING SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting our company’s development.
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize welding procedures for various materials and thicknesses.
Conduct welding process feasibility studies for new projects.
Perform metallurgical analysis to determine suitable welding methods.
Create detailed Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
Develop Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) according to standards.
Conduct Welder Qualification Tests (WQT) and certify operators.
Inspect welded joints for compliance with technical drawings.
Review engineering drawings for weld requirements and symbols.
