Job Scope:

• Support the Manufacturing Engineering Manager in overseeing daily operations and resource allocation.
• Act as the deputy technical lead and mentor for engineers and technicians.
• Lead welding procedure qualifications (WPS/PQR) and maintain Nadcap welding accreditation.
• Oversee CNC machining process development, cycle time optimization, and automation initiatives.
• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) from manufacturability assessments to First Article Inspection.
• Monitor production costs and risks, implementing recovery strategies for underperforming programs.
• Partner with planning teams to validate capacity, machine utilization, and OEE.
• Ensure strict compliance with OEM standards and regulatory audit requirements.
