Welding Supervisor

Role based in Belgium - Rotation Plan available We are looking for an experienced Welding Supervisor to join our team in Belgium. The Welding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all welding and fabrication activities on a pharmaceutical project, ensuring work is completed safely, to specification, and in compliance with stringent pharma, quality, and regulatory standards (e.g., GMP). Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily welding activities on-site Ensure all welding work complies with: Approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) Project specifications and drawings Pharmaceutical industry standards (e.g., hygienic piping, orbital welding) Monitor weld quality and ensure adherence to QA/QC requirements Liaise with QA/QC inspectors for weld inspections, NDT, and documentation Ensure proper material traceability (e.g., stainless steel, high-purity systems) Coordinate with other trades (pipefitters, mechanical teams, QA, validation) Ensure all welders are qualified an...
