Wellbeing Advisor

As a Wellbeing Advisor you support the wellbeing of all team members, and in particular content moderators, who are often exposed to challenging content as part of their job. You focus on providing 1:1 sessions, group sessions, and workshops.
Support team members through 1:1 and group sessions, often for protecting and promoting adult mental health
Perform non-diagnostic assessments and/or reviews of mental health and wellbeing of team members to determine appropriate support
Provide crisis intervention when required
Develop and deliver workshops and training to teach strategies and techniques that build emotional resilience
Partner with the talent acquisition team to assess psychological capacity and wellbeing fit to join the team when required
Deliver training to help onboard new team members when required
