Job Summary

The Wellbeing Coach provides professional mental health and wellness support through individual and group counseling interventions. This role focuses on promoting emotional well-being in the workplace by conducting regular employee check-ins, facilitating wellness activities, and managing critical cases when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 and group counseling sessions to support employees' mental and emotional well-being
• Perform daily floor walks and wellness check-ins with employees
• Facilitate monthly group wellness activities and mental health programs
• Provide timely support for critical or high-risk cases
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interventions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology
• Master's degree graduate in Psychology or Guidance & Counseling (MAPsy / MAEd-GC)
