Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and licensed Mental Health Professional to support employee well-being through counseling services, wellness programs, and critical case interventions. This role helps create a safe and supportive environment while promoting mental health awareness and resilience in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 1:1 counseling sessions and provide support for critical cases when needed
Facilitate group counseling sessions and wellness discussions
Lead daily check-ins and monitor employee well-being
Organize and run monthly wellness activities and group mental health programs
Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen workplace mental health initiatives
Qualifications
Valid clinical license (RPm, RPsy, or RGC)
Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling
At least 3 years of relevant experience in counseling or mental health services
