Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and licensed Mental Health Professional to support employee well-being through counseling services, wellness programs, and critical case interventions. This role helps create a safe and supportive environment while promoting mental health awareness and resilience in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 counseling sessions and provide support for critical cases when needed
• Facilitate group counseling sessions and wellness discussions
• Lead daily check-ins and monitor employee well-being
• Organize and run monthly wellness activities and group mental health programs
• Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen workplace mental health initiatives

Qualifications

• Valid clinical license (RPm, RPsy, or RGC)
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling
