Wellbeing Coordinator — CareLine Telecare

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking an Associate Wellbeing Coordinator to provide 24/7 telecare support to clients. You will work in a collaborative team, making incoming and outgoing care calls to enhance client relationships.

The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring clients' wellbeing, guide them to community resources, and ensure excellent service delivery in a call centre environment. A fresh diploma in any discipline with relevant experience is required, and knowledge in health and social care will be advantageous.
