This innovative new service, piloting Leeds City Council’s new Community Health and Wellbeing model, gives Care Assistants the opportunity to provide a more flexible, personalised service.

Working in a small community team, you will provide regular and consistent care to your clients, working with families and communities to strengthen connections and improve wellbeing.

We are recruiting a minimum of 3 full-time or 6 part-time Wellbeing Workers to provide care and support to people living in in the LS12 and LS13 area of Leeds which...
