• Deliver exceptional customer service through in-store visibility and proactivity.
• Consult with customers and provide suitable advice on healthcare, nutritional and supplement products.
• Drive healthcare sales in line with targets through promotions of a broad range of brands by cross‑selling and upselling.
• Maintain stock availability through compliance with stock management principles and procedures.
• Prevent stock wastage and losses by adhering to rotation and risk‑management policies.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the store.
• Assist in product merchandising following guidelines.
