Wellness Assistant Manager

Introduction

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Wellness Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of The Calla Project.

The Calla Project is a women-only wellness space that brings together recovery experiences and a thoughtfully curated café. This role requires someone who understands both hospitality efficiency and the calm, attentive energy expected in a wellness environment.

You will work closely with the Founder to ensure the space runs smoothly each day, maintaining high service standards while nurturing a warm and supportive team culture. From overseeing the floor to strengthening operational systems, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience and driving the outlet forward.
