Assist guests with facility usage, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and provide information about wellness services and treatments. Deliver courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to maximize guest satisfaction. Maintain a high standard of grooming and hygiene at all times, as well as maintain good relationships and cooperation with colleagues and all other departments.
